In complicated cases, spells can take up to a full year to produce results. If you have not received results, and you have not taken advantage of a free recast, you can request a refund within the 10 days leading up to the anniversary of your order date. Keep in mind that all spells are subject to a mandatory materials charge* that cannot be refunded and will be deducted from the refund. All Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
